PONAS, Llc. was established in 2003 in Považská Bystrica as a commercial company focusing on engineering products. It gradually started production of clamping devices and precision parts in piece and small-series manufacturing.
- 2003: Establishment of the company as a business partner in engineering
- 2012: Launch of own production activities
- 2014: Acquisition of the Swiss-Slovak company KONVEX Technology, s.r.o.
- 2021: Purchase of the previously leased production hall
- 2022: Acquisition of the Slovak company PS Kovovýroba, s.r.o.
